We strive to make our recruitment process transparent, respectful, and efficient. Here's what you can expect when applying to MSB:
Explore Opportunities
Browse our current job openings to find a position that aligns with your skills and interests.
Submit Application
Complete the online application form for the desired position. Ensure all required documents are uploaded.
Initial Screening
If your qualifications match the position's requirements, our recruiter will reach out via email to schedule a phone screening.
Phone Interview
Participate in a phone interview to discuss your background, experience, and interest in the role.
Hiring Manager Review
Successful phone interviews are forwarded to the hiring manager(s) for further consideration.
In-person Interview
Selected candidates will be invited for one or two in-person interviews. These may include:

Meetings with the hiring manager and team members

A tour of our campus

Classroom observations (if applicable)
Hiring Decisions
After interviews, hiring managers make their recommendations.
Conditional Job Offer
Our recruiter will contact the selected candidate to extend a conditional job offer, pending the completion of pre-employment requirements.
Pre-Employment Requirements
Before finalizing employment, candidates must successfully complete:

Background check

Physical examination

Drug screening (including marijuana)

Tuberculosis (TB) test

Reference checks
Please note: MSB reserves the right to deny employment based on a positive drug screen in accordance with its drug testing policy and applicable laws.
Final Offer & Onboarding
Upon successful completion of all requirements, a formal offer will be extended, and onboarding procedures will commence.
